Happy Friday, Preschool Families!
We have had a busy, joyful week full of discovery, and we are so excited to share what we’ve been learning with you.
Winding Down “Wheels” & Ramping Up to Recycle!
This week, we officially wrapped up our Wheels unit! We had a fantastic time exploring how things roll, building our own vehicles, and discovering all the different ways wheels keep our world moving. We’ve even created a fun Wheel of Fortune-like game that children loved playing!
Next week, we are thrilled to begin our brand-new Creative Curriculum unit: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! During this unit, our little learners will explore what it means to care for our environment. We will investigate what trash is, where it goes, how we can reduce the waste we create, and how we can use our imaginations to transform old items into something entirely new.
Donations Requested: We Need Your “Trash”! To help bring this unit to life through hands-on creation, we are collecting clean, safe, and recyclable materials for our classroom projects. If you have any of the following items, we would love for you to send them in with your child:
- Empty, small cardboard boxes (cereal boxes, shoe boxes, small shipping boxes)
- Paper towel and toilet paper tubes
- Clean plastic bottle caps and lids
- Empty, rinsed plastic bottles or containers (yogurt, etc.)
- Clean egg cartons
- Old magazines or newspapers
Spring Sneaker Dance
The countdown is officially on! There are only 2 more weeks until our Spring Sneaker Dance on March 13th, 2026 (6:00 pm – 8:00 pm), and the kids (and teachers!) are getting so excited. Here is everything you need to know for the big night:
- EVERYONE attending is required to purchase a ticket.
- Parents need to attend and chaperone their own children.
- Please do not wait till the last minute to buy. We need to plan accordingly for snacks and drinks.
- Tickets will only be on sale until March 11th.

Our Spectacular Silent Auction
Get ready to bid! In conjunction with our spring festivities, our Silent Auction is just around the corner, and we have over 180 amazing items up for grabs this year!
- Bidding Opens: Thursday, March 6th at 10:00 AM
- Bidding Closes: Thursday, March 13th at 10:00 PM
