Ms. Annie Kucharcik

Hello, my name is Annie Kucharcik, and I am so excited to be a part of the Coronado Preschool community. I’ve been an educator for 25 years, with the privilege of teaching in both the U.S. and Europe. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds. My journey began with my first teaching degree in Hungary, and I later earned my US license and Master’s degrees from the Graduate School of Education at Rutgers University (Go Scarlet Knights!) and the American College of Education. I believe that being a teacher is a special calling—a profound work of heart dedicated to helping children grow into caring, respectful, and knowledgeable citizens of the world.
I consider it a tremendous honor and responsibility to guide your children during these formative years. In my classroom, I strive to make learning a joyful adventure, filled with hands-on activities, new discoveries, and the kind of achievements and friendships that last a lifetime.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our three children. As a family, we love to hike, work on craft projects, play the piano, and cook together. I also have a passion for camping, writing, and reading, all things vanilla, and sunny afternoons on the patio!
