Dear Preschool Families,<\/span><\/h1>

What a fantastic first September week we’ve had! It was so great to continue getting to know all of your children. They’ve been so brave, making good choices – and making new friends. It’s been a joy watching them begin to build our classroom community. Children also had a lot of fun sharing the photos of their families. This also helped them form an understanding that here at Coronado, we are also a Preschool Classroom Family!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This week, we talked a lot about our classroom rules and expectations. We had a great time coming up with rules together, and each child helped brainstorm ideas on how we can be good friends and kind classmates. We then created a special “contract” with their “signatures” to display on the wall, serving as a visual reminder of our commitment to our classroom.<\/span><\/p>

Next week, we’ll continue to reinforce our rules and get into our daily routines. We’ll be focusing on the concept of our classroom schedule and how there’s a time for everything\u2014whether it’s playing, learning, or eating. This helps them feel safe and secure, knowing what to expect throughout our day.<\/span><\/p>
